Production

Unmatched Aromas

We carry out a selective harvest of 2 cherry beans, going through a meticulous stage where the green beans are handpicked, forming batches of the highest artisanal standard. The natural or pulped batches are dried in a kiln for approximately 20 days on a suspended terrace.
